Barry Liebman

Barry received his undergraduate degree from The State University of New York at Albany in 1983 and received his juris doctorate from The State University of New York at Buffalo in 1986. He was admitted to practice law in New York in 1986, and shortly thereafter became admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Barry initially began his legal career as a general practitioner, at which time he first began to represent injured victims of accidents.

For the past 25 years he has devoted his efforts exclusively to representing injured workers and other victims of accidents. Barry fights relentlessly for his clients but is a fair advocate who has earned the respect of his colleagues, adversaries and the judiciary alike. Barry has litigated a broad range of personal injury cases over the years, including construction accidents under the New York State Labor Law, auto accidents, slip, trip and fall accidents, hot water burn cases, and dog bite accidents, recovering substantial sums of money for his clients in the process.

He has also successfully represented clients in the New York State Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals. Barry feels that an injured accident victim should never be deprived of his/her day in Court, and one of his victories in the New York State Court of Appeals focused on that very issue. Barry is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He looks forward to assisting the members of the Law Offices of Patrick J Mullaney, P.C. in continuing their already successful practice of representing injured workers and other injured accident victims.
